Monday, November 9, 2009 - Spots Still Available For Oxbow's Kayak Tour Nov. 21

There are still spots available for the Oxbow Eco-Center's monthly guided kayak tour of the North Fork of the St. Lucie River on Saturday, Nov. 21, starting at 9 a.m.

Paddlers will launch from White City Park and cruise down the river to the east side of

the Oxbow property, possibly passing turtles, wading birds and even alligators. Tours typically finish by noon. The cost is $15 per person. Children 5-7 are free. Pre-registration is required. To register call the Oxbow staff at (772) 785-5834.
