Do you appreciate recreation and leisure activities and enjoy working with people? Then St. Lucie County's Parks and Recreation Department needs you to get involved and become a member of our new C.A.R.E. (Community Assistance for Recreational Excellence) Volunteer Program.
From helping with a special event to coaching a sports team, St. Lucie County's Parks and Recreation staff would be happy to put your valuable skills to work.
St. Lucie County's Parks and Recreation Department offers year round holiday events, children's activities, senior programs, concerts, sports and athletics, arts and crafts, Special Olympics, aquatics and more!
Volunteers must be 16 years of age and older. The Parks and Recreation staff will write letters of recognition for volunteer hours supporting educational scholarships. All volunteers are subject to background checks. Please note that court-ordered community service hours cannot be used toward this program.
