April 28, 2006 - Countywide Burn Ban Issued
Today's drought index is 550. As a result of the weather forecast through this weekend, St. Lucie County, in conjunction with the Division of Forestry and the St. Lucie County Fire District, has issued a burn ban countywide until further notice. The ban includes fireworks of any kind.
