Former Administrators
The first County Administrator, C.F. Ordway (County Commissioner 1933-1936) took the job in 1959. Earlier that year, a special act of the Florida Legislature authorized St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners to employ a County Administrator to serve at the Board's pleasure.
